It seems like FPR slows us way down, however my wife's (AOR 11 days after mine) had her BG complete without a FPR, long ago, and has had no movement since. My LPP completed before hers (yesterday but dated March 3).

Did you guys apply together? If yes, they may have been waiting on you. If not, IRCC is working backwards again.

Yay, finally! My test is marked as completed it took a month, but at least something’s moving! :) If the test took a month to review, I wonder how long the LPP will take. If their efficiency is anything like the test process, I’m hoping they’ll wrap everything up by the end of the year!

I know.. driving me up the wall too. People who applied 3 weeks after me have their oath in two weeks. Utterly bizzare.
It's important not to view these situations in black and white. There are always several factors at play. First, not all cases are the same, and some may require additional time for review and confirmation. Second, the efficiency of the person handling your case can vary, but this is also a bit tricky because you don’t know how much work they have or how many complicated, time-consuming cases they’re dealing with. When I entered the process, I was aware that it would require patience and that I could only do my part to potentially speed things up. Unfortunately, there’s often not much you can do to influence the timeline. At the end of the day, can you name one country with a truly efficient government? Whether it’s a rich or poor nation, governments are often like big dinosaurs—steady in their movements, but painfully slow

Applied separately, about 11 days apart (you can check the Google Sheet to see for sure; I don't recall exact days). I was eligible (with padding extra days) earlier than her, so we applied separately, under the theory that if something holds up one of our applications for an extended period of time and the other is a citizen, then the second person remains a permanent resident as long as we are married and living together (don't have to worry about the residency obligation).

Just checked my tracker unfortunately no updates yet. This is driving me crazy people applied after me are getting e certificates
Recheck again at evening or tomorrow. I believe your result will be updated shortly, or it's already updated. Sometimes result is not reflected on online tracker, though it's already completed.

Hopefully that is the case thank you for the movtivation :)

Unpredictable IRCC
It's not unpredictable per se. We just don't know what is going on behind the scenes. It could be anything from an understaffed local office to prohibitions and physical presence checks taking a lot of time to conclude. You cannot compare yourself to others with this type of application. It serves no purpose other than causing unnecessary anxiety.

I just got off the phone with IRCC. My fingerprint results mailed out from RCMP on the 21st as well. The IRCC agent said the timeline for my fingerprints at this point in time is perfectly normal. He did admit that others who gave their prints around the same time as me who already saw an update are luckier than me, but he said my timeline is also perfectly normal at this point in time. Just thought I’d let you know.

The RCMP mail your results as per the instructions of the agency at which you gave your prints. If the agency did their job right, they should go directly to the IRCC office that requested the prints.

Hi All,

Anyone applied as Family with a minor. When does the details for the Minor get updated. Ours got updated and now waiting for Citizenship ceremony details. But for my child nothing has been updated on the tracker since receiving AOR.

When do they update for the minor.
