I have done assessment for my bsc degree and a diploma degree. do i still need to do high school deploma assessment for this caregiver pathway?
Also if a family want to employ me as a caregiver privately do they need to have a business account?

No you don’t need ECA. Yes, family needs business account for payroll. You have experience too.

Pathway hasn’t opened yet. Go on the IRCC site and read requirements. Past processing times for caregivers pathway was 3 years, and those who applied in 2023 have that timeline. What does WP have to do with it? WP was for a caregiver?

Yes I know it hasn't open yet it will be opened on the 31st of March. i know i can meet the requirments, but i am just wandering if i decide to go for this caregive will my refusal affect my chance?

You cannot hide the refusal but should not stop your chances. Just let employer know that it may take years to process, and that they need to meet income levels and justify why need a full time caregiver. Quota may be low with all the cuts to immigration.
