I Just called IRCC and got to know that my PVO is Sydney & SVO is Ottawa. The agent told me that the application type of PNP non express entry processing time is of 20 months. She told me the above timeline when I asked her about the non receipt of medical request. So shocking and don't know what to do, when I applied on July 28th 2024 the processing time was 13 months. I thought the 20 months timeline will be for the new application. Don't know how truth is this information from the agent. Let's hope and wait for the best.

I recently heard that flagpoling is counted as denied entry. I did flagpoling to obtain my PGWP and it’s been 5 months since my application. Should I be raising a web form and send a LOE about the situation and refill IMM5669 form or only LOE shud be okay ?

Also my PCC has expired after submission what shud u do??

It is correct. The processing time is now 20 months...so it's applicable to everyone irrespective of when you submitted the application.

If you haven’t got AOR you were supposed to submit closed work permit application. For that your employer won’t need LMIA . He has to submit job offer in employer portal and pay $230 compliance fees and then you should put that job offer in work permit application form and apply with help of WPSL from PNP office. For now you are out of status and have to stop working. You should apply closed work permit application along with restoration of status application asap as you only have 90 days to restore status otherwise you will fall out of status and have to leave Canada.

I am just awaiting an approval and bringing back to work status. What other thing do advise. Employer has agreed to keep my job and provide support and confirmation that I still hold the job though on leave with pay. Any other advice for me.

Once you get AOR , fill background declaration form again with correct information and resend it through webform . No need to attach letter of explanation.

If your status was expired, you can't submit BOWP . You need valid status to be eligible for BOWP . You need to apply for closed work permit.
