hello everyone just wanna ask if your on the process of your application for permanent residency like you complete all the requirements and just waiting for approval but you plan to go home with valid TRV.. is your application for permanent residency be invalid or there will be a problem?

Are you applying through Inland spouse sponsorship or Express Entry or PNP ?

Do you have a valid current work permit or study permit as well as the TRV ?

Good Day Everyone,

I applied for PR online - AIP

Date Submitted - Dec 19,2023
AOR - Feb 07, 2024
Biometrics Fee - Feb 07, 2024

Question : Do i need for the biometrics intruction letter?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding web forms.
I applied PR from within Canada under SINP in Saskatchewan. I received a request to submit the Bio fee receipt from IRCC along with my AOR. I have followed the steps and uploaded the receipt by raising the web form. I was hoping if anyone can guide me how this will go from here. I did receive the generic email from IRCC that they have received the request. Will this request be shown in my GCKey account? I linked my application to GCkey account after raising the web form. I am not sure if this is all that was to be done on my side? When can i expect to see the receipt in my application? Will I receive a reply from IRCC stating that, they have received the receipt and now it is attached to my file? How long does this usually take?

Please guide.

Now that you have your BIL, you should be able to create a tracker account. GCkey is just a legacy software and will only update in all the sections after you get the approval and even your PR cards. Open up a tracker account for better real time insight to your application. All the best!

All provinces have their own immigration program.

You will need a new study permit to change schools.

Okay okay but can the private brunet lawyers help me in this process knowing that it is like $220 for 1 hour?

Your choice if you use a lawyer or not. You don't need a lawyer to go through the process.

And a lawyer cannot help unless there is a possible pathway. He/she can help to submit the application if you are unable to do that yourself. (e.g. can't understand the rules/requirements in English/French yourself or can't follow instruction to fill in form)
