Probably there ll be no medical request as you already added with the application. If we have an upfront medical with our application they ll use it but only in between other process!! I had the same thing!! My medical got updated recently I am a Jan applicant.

How do we get the ghost update? I applied in March, but everything still says "In process". Also can anyone please tell me how to contact ircc and ask about the status? I tried to find a number but it does not show.
Another question: If I change the job now, do I need to inform IRCC? I read about this somewhere but I cant find it now. Thank you very much

It is when you receive an email (Do Not Reply from IRCC) but when you check your GCKey there is no changes. There is an updated by the Visa Offer on your application.
I called this number: 1-888-242-2100 just follow the instructions on how to check your application. At the end part there is an option "Press 0 or 9 if you want to talk to an agent".
