Does anyone know how long will it take to get P1 or any further updates? I applied on Dec31st 2023 and I got a ghost update on 17th September 2024 that they are processing my background check.

Probably there ll be no medical request as you already added with the application. If we have an upfront medical with our application they ll use it but only in between other process!! I had the same thing!! My medical got updated recently I am a Jan applicant.
