I'm helping my wife with renewing her PR card. She's been a PR since 2016 and in Canada the entire time, so she meets the residency requirement. What we're struggling with is figuring out the best two pieces of evidence to use.

We had planned to use bank statements and her CRA Notices of Assessment, as she's filed taxes every year. However, she has been unemployed, so those NoAs won't show evidence that she's worked here. Will this still work, or should we use another form of evidence, like cell phone bills?

Since she only needs 2 pieces of evidence, she can easily submit one NOA and one bank statement (that shows local activity (i.e. local ATM withdrawal, local grocery store debit, etc.).
