Hello, I am currently a failed refugee claimant I just got a letter from CBSA with a date, for next month I assume I’ll get my departure order. My husband and I were planning on apply for Sponsorship, the reason we haven’t done it was cause he got out of OW a month ago, we wanted to wait at least 3 months. Any advice? Anyone who underwent a similar situation?

You have to attend the interview. Don't skip the interview or it will make your situation much worse.
I would recommend submitting the sponsorship application before the interview with CBSA and bring evidence you've done this to the interview. However this won't stop removal if CBSA makes the decision to proceed.
Hopefully you are offered PRRA.
