@Miss bee maybe you have any idea, I was trying this Status Tracker https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do but it shows nothing on my PR application. I tried my UCI, no avail. I tried the AOR which starts with E then (9digit number), still no avail. But when I check what is Application Number, it says it should start it EP then (9 digit number) -- I tried this one too but still nothing showing.

Is there something wrong on my application number that has no "P" on it? Thanks!

It should start with EP . Maybe call them tomorrow and confirm with call centre.

• live in Canada (and intend to live outside Quebec) at the time you apply for your BOWP

  • However, if you leave Canada after your work permit expires, you can’t work until your new application is approved.
• either
  • have a valid work permit, or
  • have an expired work permit but maintained your status as a worker, or
  • be eligible to restore your status and get a work permit
• be the principal applicant on your permanent residence application
• have no employment restrictions as a condition of your nomination

I have received nomination under OINP International Stu. Stream. I have received a letter as well to apply work permit. My current PGWP expires in 2026 and its open work permit (with no employer restrcition). However, If I apply work permit using oinp letter then it would be closed.
So, is it mandatory to apply work permit using OINP Support letter? as I do not want to go on close work permit Then I will only work for one employer.

OINP JOIS stream is an employer restricted provincial nomination. You have to work with that employer until you received your PR.

It's not mandatory to apply for closed work permit if your PGWP is still valid until 2026.

It's not mandatory, but keep in mind that the whole process will take an average of 11 months, if your current work permit covers that you should not have any problems. I held on to mine until 3 months before expiring, then I applied for the closed work permit that came with the nomination. Just keep in mind that the support letter for the closed work permit has an expiration date (6 months I believe).

Can we raise webform (to send updated documents ) before we receive AOR and for that we need to have TFN for that. Is that correct? If so, can we call IRCC to find out TFN ??

Hi, I am wondering if anybody could provide advice on GCMS notes I received recently. I applied for PR through non-express entry PNP program – application was submitted on April 6th 2023. More than 15 months later I still don’t have my PR , last update was in January for passed medical and this is what I am seeing in the GCMS notes:

I am not sure what to do at this point as it looks like nobody is working on my application. Processing time is 12 months and I am already over 15. Should I try and contact my local MP? I am on a closed work permit with no restrictions on my nomination – do I qualify for BOWP, would it even make sense to apply for it at this point?

It just doesn't make sense, can I complain to anybody? I am going to contact my MP and see if anything can be done! I have job offers that I can't take advantage of and I'd have to wait 4-5 months for BOWP.

I have the same situation, Info sharing is in progress since February 2024. The Status: Completed – Not Reviewed.

An urgent question: with my application to the PR (for OINP) I uploaded only the “CONFIRMATION OF NOMINATION” because I saw in that document that said “Send a copy of this letter along with your complete application for permanent residence” but I just found out that it is also necessary to upload the “Nomination Approval Letter - Employer Job Offer Stream” because below it says “You must include a copy of this letter and a copy of your Confirmation of Nomination with your permanent residence application”.

First, I don't know how serious it is but it seems to me that it is and to amend the problem I must do a webform submission. Is this correct? I don't receive the AOR and I understand that it should be at the end of the month (my AR was April 19).

If so, how do I send the webform? I don't know what to select from the drop down menus and I can't figure out how to upload the information or what to say.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me a hint or instructions.

Update:

I filled out the webform but in Applied Online it does not have Non EE or Provincial Nominee, however it is in Applied by Mail. In a post on another forum Miss bee said that you could select Applied by Mail as the form was not updated.

I filled out the form completely (I did not fill out the Application Number, but I did fill out the other information and the UCI) and attached a letter of explanation in addition to the document.
