pgwp eligability

Actually I have concern regarding my pgwp eligiability. I was a part time student in final semester and due to some reasons I failed one course in my last term. Also I was working 20 hours in that term. Now, I have to again take that course in another term where I will be part time student again. So I'm still eligiable for pgwp?

No. So you will need a convincing letter explaining the situation.

So, I checked online before working in last sem and It was showing part time students can work in thier last sem . I did'nt know at that time that Im going to fail in one course but I failed. So, I took one couse again and passed it and I didnt work in that sem. So, they will understand. I didn't do it on purpose. is there any chance I will get pgwp ?

Working has nothing to do with it. You can only be part time the last semester so your PGWP can be denied. Have a convincing letter to submit.

okay. So I have to attach a letter of explanation of why I was part time student for two semesters and it's upon them if they get convinced or not. like 50 50 chance. Am I right?

There is no 50-50 chance. You are not eligible for PGWP so all you can hope for is an understanding officer.
