ADR - Divorce Decree issued by the court of law for previous marriage

Good day,

IRCC is requesting for additional documents for my 1st wife. I'm currently married to my 2nd wife. 1st wife is already dead and I also have all the certificate and documents to prove this, so by the time I marry my 2nd wife I'm already a widow. other thing is in our country (Philippines) divorce is not accepted. we don't have law for divorce, and the only way to be separated from your previous relationship is Annulment.

Hope someone can tell us what to do. Thank you in advance.
