if I am under working permit visa and I am working here for almost 1 year and applying for PR and my 2 year old kids is with me alone, how can I sponsor my husband who has kidney failure? Is there any considerations or ways to bring him here and be together?

Sadly your whole family is unlikely to qualify for PR if your husband is in kidney failure especially if he needs or is close to needing dialysis or a kidney transplant.

You must include your husband in your PR application as a dependent. Your husband must also pass the medical in order for your PR application to be approved. If your husband is in kidney failure, I agree that it will unfortunately be difficult to get PR approved.
