Me and my husband are PRs ..dint meet residency obligation with 7 months but still managed to enter the airport without any notice being issued...baby was born outside canada...my PR card is valid for another 10 days can I sponsor my baby before it expires..

You need to wait until you meet the residency obligation before submitting the application to sponsor your child.
So how long should I wait...I am short of 7 months to meet my residency obligation..should I wait for 7 months or straight 2 years...also when shouldi apply for my PR card ? Also would like to mention I have sufficient HnC documents ..
I can't tell you how long you need to wait since I don't know your travel history.
You should apply for a new PR card once you meet the residency obligation. To meet the residency obligation, you need to have a minimum of 2 years of residency in Canada within the previous 5 years at the time you apply to renew your PR card.
Technically you can apply to renew your PR card now under H&C. However this is risky since you don't know that IRCC will accept your H&C reasons. If they don't, this will trigger the loss of your PR status. It's by far best to wait until you meet RO.
Hi..I am actually struggling with healthcare for my child...it's very expensive without OHIP .. especially since she got hospitalized recently....can I sponsor her under hnc or just a normal application
Read @scylla ’s post above. You can but it may trigger the loss of your PR. Applying will not get her provincial healthcare.
You would sponsor her under a normal application. The child will not qualify for OHIP until PR is approved.
