And i have got PR on 2023.12.06. I am filling IMM5444 app. how to fill / 1.4 Date you became a PR in Canada. Do I have to write the date of my own PR card date because our children have never received a card before?

How old are your children?
 
When the visa was first issued, it was sent through an agent. They didn't take the children with me /non accompanying / so they didn't get a visa. I just went to Canada and got my card. now i am registering mychildren myself.
Do I need to fill family sponsorship application with PR renewel application?
