Question about National Identity Document in form IMM008

In form IMM008, a section asks for a National identity document. I have a National ID card and is not in English. However, there are no specific requirements from the country I came from.

Do I still need to fill in and get the card translated and notarized then include it in the application?

Yes but there is no requirement to notarize translations. It should be done professionally and certified by translator. You must make a notarized one only if specifically askef
