Hello,
I have US and Canada both visitor visas which I obtain before marriage. Now I am married and apply for my wife and daughter Canada tourist visa but in 2 days they refused visa under 179B , ties of family to home country , and purpose of travel to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay…

I am well establish in Dubai and never ever my wife refused. This is first time I apply for my wife and her visa refused

I attach strong bank statement one from my account and one my wife account and attach letter that she depend on me because she is house wife not working.

Family ties in form I mention of her brother and sister and parents who all in Pakistan

Purpose of travel also was very clear we were going for 11 days trip only

My wife is not working she is house so she is dependent on me , my stability is her so I have property in Dubai , back in Pakistan and monthly I gain a very good income which was clearly in bank statements

I am not happy with the decision someone told me raise a webform and request for Reconsideration because the decision of refusal is just in 2 days may be the software auto refused my application because in application form my wife I mention house wife so no job experience mention etc and dependent on me so might be auto refusal.

kindly advise should I draft reconsideration request , for family ties I can get report from
Immigration that my wife is staying 6 month with me in Dubai and 6 month with my mother in Pakistan this is enough ties for family as I don’t have father only mother

waiting for sincere advise

So what are their ties to return if you have a TRV and she is not working? Family ties are spouse/children. Her brother/sister/parents are not ties. Why doesn’t she apply on her own with your daughter. You having US/Canadian visas are not relevant.

I applied for my wife and my daughter and both refused. My wife is house wife in Dubai with me and I have 3 properties in Dubai , 4 properties in Pakistan , I attach letter that my wife is fully dependent on my she is not working lady , if she visiting with me Canada she will Obvisiously come back and she also taking care of my mother in Pakistan , this point I did not earlier highlited but in reconsideration I can proof from Dubai immigration report that my wife stay 6 month in Pakistan with my mother is this not family ties ???? She has brother sister and parents as well

Your mother is not a family tie as it is not her family member, and she is not even taking care of her right now. IRCC considers family ties as spouse and children. Her parents can be a tie if she cares for them. So it is common for refusals based on family ties as she has no economic ties to return (job, her own income properties, her own investments etc.).

Job , her own income is not making sense because she is dependent on me , very well establish people family never do jobs , her all needs i am fulfilling and I attach a letter with her visa that I’m paying all bills she is house wife just to take care my new born daughter. From ur message I can see that couple will never visit Canada )) it’s not the case many people I saw husband wife and children they travel and their wife’s are not doing jobs just house wife , my case same like them I’m just worried that the software refused my wife application in just 2 days after biometric should I raise reconsideration or not

Reconsideration has no timelines, is not a formal process and is due to an error in law. It is not to include new information (that is a new application) but to tell the error. So since refusal was due to family ties, you must reaffirm her family ties to return. It is your decision on submitting a webform for reconsideration. I am just telling you what IRCC considers as family ties.

One more thing as the rejection is on the basis of family ties , so if my wife doesn’t have family ties then how she lives in Pakistan 6 month , we got married 1 year before in which 6 month she stays in Dubai with me and 6 month she stay in my mother home in Pakistan , ties to home country is this not sufficient if someone don’t have ties they never visit or stay 6 month their

I agree with u , but in 2 days the refusal came so it’s fishy on 21 Feb biometric is done and on 23 Feb refusal came , my profile is very strong I’m just worried if the chenok 3.0 sofare auto refusal came on basis in application form that applicant is not doing job , financially dependent on someone , no travel history etc , that’s why I’m thinking if I draft reconsideration and at least if the visa officer like again the application or profile I’m sure it can approve the visa because my case is very clear , I got married 13 month back , wife came to dubai with me , she stay 7-8 months in Dubai , then she went Pakistan for delivery , after 6 month she came to Dubai with baby and then I apply Canada visa for them , family ties is our properties in Pakistan , Dubai properties if wife dependent on husband it means where husband lives wife will lives their , so I live and invested in Dubai it’s my home now and Pakistan so u think still my case for consideration is weak ??? Because apply new application is not making sense as the refusal is not financial ties that I improve , it’s family ties so family ties husband daughter and parents etc cannot more add from this so far

Your profile being strong has nothing to do with your spouse’s profile. You can ask for reconsideration but this isn’t about you. Family ties are not properties. I don’t know if IRCC will re-open her and your child’s files. You can try but don’t mention anything about your profile, your visa, your travel history etc. It is about her and her ties to return.

What's the purpose of your visit to Canada? There are closer countries to visit..

Yes I will request for reconsideration. I feel injustice with the decision taken

There's not a lot to go on here, but I see a couple of things.

The fact that you have US and Canada visas does not count for much in terms of your wife's application. How about your wife's travel history?

You sent wife's bank account details, but it's clear you support her, so what's shown in her bank has you as the source.

You mention with staying 6 months with you in Dubai and 6 months with your mother and Pakistan. The impression so far is that all of her principal ties are to you, although she has her own family.

What's the purpose of the 11-day trip?

Others here with more experience in these things will probably have more to say.
