Just curious, Calgary or Vancouver? I'm a Calgary applicant myself and not received the email but agent mentioned I was being processed in Vancouver as I assumed most from Alberta were. Did your email come from Calgary?

I received my acknowledgment of receipt on January 18th, 2024, but I have not yet received any updates regarding the citizenship test. I would like to inquire if anyone else is experiencing the same situation?

Hi all, is it mandatory to take Oath from within Canada or is there any chance that IRCC may let me take oath from abroad? Thanks in advance.

Une nouvelle mise à jour est apparue aujourd’hui sur l’outil de suivi. L’étape de l’examen est maintenant marquée comme terminée (depuis 20 février). Il ne leur a fallu que deux jours ouvrés.

Modifer: je viens de remarquer qu’ils ont reçu mes empreintes digitales le 19 février, soit un mois après qu’elles étaient prises.

Exam is now marked as complete since 20 feb so 2 days after I took the exam.

Edit: They also received my fingerprints on 19 February.

Bonjour tout le monde, j'ai réussi mon éxamen aujourd'hui avec une note parfaite vingt sur vingt. Ça m'a pris environ 5 minutes. L'éxamen était bien plus simple que ce que je m'attendais. J'ai utilisé les ressources ci-dessous pour me préparer à l'éxamen:
- le guide d'étude officel (bien sûr )
- canadacitizenshipstudyguide.com (gratuit)
- citizentest.ca (payant; pour être clair, j'ai aucune association avec ce site et vous pouvez facilement en trouver d'autres qui sont semblables)

Et ensuite, ce qui m'a aidé enormément c'était que je m'intéressais déjà à l'histoire de la colonisation il y a longtemps. L'histoire triste et pénible des peuples autochtones des deux continents Américains me vraiment tient à cœur. Pour ceux qui s'y intéressent, je vous recommanderai le livre de Serge Bouchard et Marie-Christine Lèvesque intitulé « Ils étaient l'Amérique » (tome 3 de la trilogie des Remarquables Oubliés qui se focalise sur la colonisation de notre pays).

Toutes les sections de ma demande restent « En cours ».

No I do not see any ghost updates. I see the same date from past 1 month

AOR Jan 10 here. Got ghost update on Jan 12 and on Feb 20, but nothing else.
