hey Congrats! I am in a similar wait time, All completed but no FD and COPR yet. With PPR, Did you also receive FD in GC Key and COPR in the tracker on the same day of receiving the PPR?
If u sent by courier thn u have to get it by courier service only and the passport will come to only the address mentioned on passport.
Either u give in person and then collect from VFS office or u sent by courier and receive it by courier only.
Only sending by courier and receiving by personally option is not available. For better clarification u can confirm with VFS office, they are prompt and helpful.
If everything is completed in tracker and PPR number is showing, it means any time u can get passport submission request. Final decision will update in ur profile after stamping passport. (COPR and final decision reflects after stamping of passport.)
2 strange things:
1. Mine, Spouse and Child's COPR document number is same. Exactly same for all 3 of us.
2. Mine and Spouse's Background Verification is completed. Child's background verification is showing In-Progress. Overall Application status is In Progress.

ADR-None (wrote in my LOE that I am exempted from military service and that was enough- they didn't ask for any documents)
Meds were slightly delayed cuz I was sick with cold. They were completed February 5th 2024.
Meds passed- February 12th 2024.
PPR- 19th February 2024

You got a PPR letter or RFV? Time to start your settlement journey. Bilinguals are in a decent(relatively to those who speak only one language) demand in Canada across provinces.
You can book an in-person appointment. Your experience will likely be the same as when you gave your biometrics. I was annoyed at seeing so much crowd with people not maintaining queues, so decided to use the two way courier. But I know a lot of folks who go in-person as that was the tradition(a beautiful one!) pre-COVID.
