My wife received eCopr recently and we are traveling South Korea next month. She will stay there for 4 weeks in South Korea. Can she travel with visitor visa and come back to Canada?

My wife received eCopr recently and we are traveling South Korea next month. She will stay there for 4 weeks in South Korea. Can she travel with visitor visa and come back to Canada?

If she has received her eCOPR, she is a PR. She needs either her PR card or she needs to apply for PRTD to travel back to Canada.
