hello please i want to load a reconsideration letter through the webform for my visa that was refused before of my passport that initially expired but i was able to renew after submission of application, can someone share the link.

So how is that reconsideration if your passport expired but renewed after submittion? Was that only reason for refusal? Google - IRCC webform.
