What number do you guys call IRCC and what’s the best time to call them? Every time I call I get the message we are experiencing high volume of calls

I am also Vancouver office and my LPP has been in progress since Dec 15. Additional documents were requested for physical presence on December 22 and submitted same day but there has been no progress.

Honestly, I would be a lot more relieved once my LPP is updated.

I received a Ghost update today January 30th.. Both my background and test completed. I have the feeling I will be requested more documents for FP. Hopefully this Ghost Update means LPP completed but I have not seen a case that a GU happening before LPP completed.

No. Ghost updates only appear on tracker

Oh wow your LPP got updated next day after documents were requested.

I have mailed (Jan 24th) only the new Physical Presence Calculated to the IRCC Calgary Office.

But two days later (Jan 26th), the Officer emailed me asking to send (replied to his email with the attachments) the Itineraries and any other supporting documents.

I have sent him Flight tickets (arrival & departure) and an Enterprise Car Rental agreement.

I dont get why they ask for this. Dont they have records of entry and exit of people in Canada? Lol

They asked it because we have not declared it in the application. So, there is a mismatch between their system and our application.

To ensure we declare all the travels in the 5-year application tenure and after declaring it, they wanted to see if we still meet 1095 days.

Because days prior fingerprint request, I received a Ghost update. I have not heard a case of GU happening for LPP ( hopefully I am wrong).

It happens all the time, just check others' reports. Very often it's written "LPP completed - XX date (updated on tracker XX+2 date)". And I am sure that most of those who don't mention that, either had a GU and just didn't post that info or didn't even notice a GU.
I actually had even two GUs before my LPP got marked completed. One was on January 15, the second one was on Jan 22 and then, finally, on Jan 24th the real updated (still dated Jan 22nd) showed up.

Anyone got Background passed without fingerprint request? Just trying to understand if they request them from everyone? If not from everyone, from majority or minority? Thanks

I got email to download e certificate but in tracker ceremony has not started.
I have a problem.
I am outside canada.
How do I tell them I cannot attend oath.
Will they send another email?
