Raise a webform. Processing can take many months and all you can do is wait. There is a backlog.

I applied for visitor visa from Pakistan on 23 September 2023
Biometric were taken on 2 November
Application updated on 16 November
Since then my eligibility and background check are both in progress, no new update
And I am still waiting
Have sent web form 1 time too
