Hello everyone I need an information, I'm the sponsor waiting for my husband to arrive in Canada but I'm moving province. Someone told me that outland applications need to start over the whole process if you change province. Does anyone know if its true?

Quebec as you presumably know has a dual-key approval process. The Quebec side right now is slow.

After you have moved, update your address. It does not need to start over - rather there is a good chance it will speed things up. You cannot do this before you've moved and have some documentation to show you've moved (eg lease, driver's license, similar).
