Hey guys,
I'm an Algerian and our visa application are processed in Paris, I was wondering if I re-apply from Tunisia as a tourist, would my application be processed in IRCC TUNISIA or IRCC PARIS?

So was visa refused or approved? Or is it still being processed?

I have already did, they gave me the same generic reason again, "the applicant's assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of visit"
even tho I had more than 42000 CAD in my account justified by a bank transfer from my sponsor "my dad" and everything is clear as the sky, and I included 3 family assets (properties)
Since IRCC Paris is a very high applicants office, they're relying totally on chinook3+ and I won't be surprise if its a lottery at this point

I'm not even mad about the refusal, but about the reason of the refusal, my financial situation is more than enough, and even with the GCSM Notes its not clear yet, the same generic reason, we want a fair processing of our applications with logical refusal reasons, not some Chinook3+ lottery

So your dad just deposited all that money in your account? Did you provide a gift deed letter to say where the money is coming from since you didn’t save for it? Bank transfer receipt is not enough. ”Dumping“ a large sum of money is a red flag for IRCC. IRCC wants a paper trail of that deposit. How old are you? So properties are in your name only? If not, not relevant.

1- The money deposit was justified by a letter from my dad to sponsor me, also his money is justified by his work papers and his bank statement of more than 6 months.
2-I'm 24 years old
3- No its on the name of my dad, I don't see myself owning significant properties at this age, illogical

1. Sponsor you for what? There is not such thing as sponsorship for a TRV.
2. You are not a dependant on your parents so IRCC wants to see your own funds, not funds of your parents. His work papers are not relevant. Given he transferred such a large amount of money, this is a red flag for IRCC. Didn’t help your application at all. And why did he have to transfer you the money? Could have just showed his personal accounts. IRCC most likely has a concern that you are not a true visitor. Your are 24, so needed to show enough for you to afford your vacation, and show some savings left over.
3. Then those properties are not relevant to you application.

At 24yrs, you are above age of legal dependant, you should have your own fund to support your application..You are not dependant..

1-No, its a study visa not a visitor visa
2-I Just finished my studies last year, so how am I suppose to have more than 36000CAD as my funds, why the work proofs are income are irrelevant?
3-I think it shows some home ties and a good financial situation of the family

Not in Algeria, its obvious that a post graduated student won't have such a funds.
It applies applicant coming to Canada. Other option is to look for post graduate program in Algeria, provided you do not meet one of the funding requirement to Canada.
