Canada Visitor visa from Dubai

I applied for a Canada visitor visa for me and my wife on 19th June 2023 from Dubai on the new IRCC portal. I received my visa last month, but my wife's visa is still being processed.

Is anyone facing the same issue?

Your applications are separate and not processed together so this is very common. It happens will all most all applications. All she can do is wait.

I applied from one portal only I applied for my mom dad they got visa approved together
My friend also received passport request together only.

Again, most are processed at different times. Your parents and friend were fortunate. Your spouse may get a response very soon.
