How to apply for Open Work Permit after AOR

My Common Law partner is sponsoring me for inland PR. I am currently on a PGWP(post graduation work permit) which is expiring in April 2023. I just found out that we are eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit after we get AOR. I just don’t know how to approach this and if I am eligible then when should I apply ? And do I need a job offer letter ? Please ask any questions if needed.

You can apply when you get AOR from your sponsorship application. No need for a job offer letter jus4 apply for OWP based on being common law of a PR or citizen
