Am a PNP Non-EE applicant. Once COPR is generated I think both processes follow similar timelines, but I am not 100% sure on this.
I am Inland CEC (EE) pricipal applicant. In the application tracker:
- Mine (pricipal applicant) all areas are completed for last more than a week
- For my wife (dependent), it shows all completed except Eligibility (it shows not started)
- For my Child (Minor, dependent), Eligibility shows not started and Background Verification shows In Progress
COPR details are updated for all three of us in the tracker for last more than a week.
But I have not received any email from IRCC so far, because it shows IN PROGRESS in Tracker.
Any other people in the forum had the same/similar situation? Kindly share your views about your experiences.

Your dependents' eligibility and BC will always stay like this as I heard from other people . Only principal applicant's eligibilty gets green on tracker.

it will take a while for Portal emails. if it's been a month call MP's
Your file is almost approved . As I got copr number in tracker on 2 November and today I got P1 email .
@haliek20 what do you mean by MP? my status is about 2 months copr details updated in the tracker but no Portal 1 email yet. My VO is montreal.

My final decision on gckey was 20th november. Still haven’t received portal 1. Is this normal ?
I heard people are getting portal 1 in 2 days after final decision.
