Received BVL…status changed to Final Decision but No PPR

I received BVL an hour ago. I logged into GCkey and it says Final Decision November 29 - application in progress.

Anyone know why this is showing this way? Not even sure if approved or rejected.

Eligibility is completed within few days. But it really depends on the type of file. Have you checked the tracker?
