completed the personal details form of my dependents using the below trick,
Use the browser inspect element
1. Go to primary applicant's personal details -> Immigration history and citizenships section and inspect the HTML of the province and postal code
2. Copy the HTML of the province and postal code.
3. Go to dependent's personal details -> Immigration history and citizenships section and paste the copied HTML below the country of residence HTML
4. Enter the required values and click "Next". This will save the details.
Now click "Save and exit" and the dependent's personal details will be complete.
Note: If you are required to edit the personal details of the dependent again and save, you will have to do the same steps.
Hi, I am trying to do this however I am not successful, would you be so kind to explain how to do it with more detail? Perhaps a screenshot? I would truly appreciate it!

Did you do in personal detail -> immigration and citizenship section, as I have to claim sibling points and i need to add brother in immediate family section and no postal code option is available here, really appreciate your response
Yes, I did in personal details. I simply changed my residency and inserted Canada as my residence, then I inserted the postal code of my sibling who's in Canada and it was OK. I was able to moved forward. Also, I wrote a letter of explanation with screenshot to explained why I inserted Canada as country of residency.

I waited until today's system maintenance was over and tried saving my dependent details again but i still see that the section is In Progress even if it is complete. I have no clue what they have tried to fix here. I guess I have no other choice than going forward with the approach mentioned and probably just sending an explanation letter for the same. :(

Has anyone else been able to save successfully?

That's very unfortunate...I have only 5 days left to submit the application. Hence, I have now chosen Canada as country of residence for my spouse and filled in the province and pin code details from a place in Ontario (I followed the html copy and paste method mentioned in the thread). I'll upload an explanation letter for the same. I'm able to access the document checklist after doing so.

It is a little risky but I'm not sure if they will really provide any extension for document submission. At least now I can upload the docs and complete the procedure.

If you can help with the screenshot that will be of great help as even after maintenance window issue still persist

Created an account just to say that this fix worked for me (issue was with Unaccompanying, PR Spouse Form showing incomplete). Thank you so much, I am into the last 10 days to submit and was getting very stressed. I am incredibly unimpressed by IRCCs inability to address this issue, it should have been trivial to roll back to a pre-maintenance fix in the very least.

Hi, can you explain how you fix it please? I've been trying to do this process but is not working for me. Thank you
