Anyone willing to help me here with this info?
I own two current accounts, one foreign (USD) and the other local (SLE) the last time I made a deposit was Oct 10 and I want to use that statement to apply am I safe?

Not sure what you mean by safe. You submit your bank statements over the past 4 months.

What I meant was can I used a statement that was dated 10 October 2023 to apply for a study part in November? My bank account is more than 2years old.

You need to show your statements over the past 4 months when you submit. So your October statement will be over a month old. It must be dated the month you are applying so November.
