Visitor visa home country ties

Hello,

I'm planning to invite my father to Canada.. I had given the power of attorney to my father and the power of attorney had been adjudicated.. later, for the land has been registered on his name... he has the all rights to sign , execute and sell the land.. can I show the document while applying the visitor visa for him?? Kindly advice

POAs generally aren't regarded as a tie by IRCC. You would want to show actual property ownership. Do you have other ties you can show?
