I apologize for the lengthy post. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I find myself in a challenging situation. I have already emailed my adviser and the relevant authorities, but they are taking some time to respond. Therefore, I am seeking information on how this situation is likely to unfold.

I am currently a student at Seneca College, and I'm approaching the end of my graduation. To graduate, I only need to pass four courses. However, these courses have prerequisites that are interconnected, leaving me with no choice but to split them into two separate semesters. The real challenge here is that, in order to be eligible for the PGWP, I must maintain a full-time student status. At Seneca, this requires taking a minimum of four courses each semester. Unfortunately, given the need to split my courses into two semesters, it seems like maintaining full-time status might not be an option.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a similar situation and if they could provide any insights. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate your help in answering the following questions:

1.I came for a diploma course, and although I had 20 courses in my semester, I will be left with only 4 to graduate and maintain full-time status. Can I take courses outside of the initial 20 (general or any course) to meet the requirement?

2.What are the chances that the college will compel me to go part-time for two consecutive semesters, and what should be my best course of action in that scenario? My primary concern is maintaining full-time status to remain eligible for the PGWP.

Thank you all for your assistance

Take general courses to maintain full time status.
