Thanks for the clarity. So we will receive this later, or if someone can tell me at what step?

AOR 2 will come basically once everything is good and the application is reviewed and complete.

Fingers crossed you get it soon! All the best!

I have a concern, what is RPRF ( right of permanent residency fee). when do they ask for it? I cannot remember paying it. Or is it the same what they call biometric fees?

If you paid $1080 in total. Then you’ve already paid for everything.

if not, see the breakdown below available on the government website.

“Sponsor your spouse or partner

Sponsorship fee ($75),
principal applicant processing fee ($490)
and right of permanent residence fee ($515)”

Biometric is the other cost, which you also have the option of paying all at once in the beginning or you’ll be asked to pay once they get to that point.

Also seriously just read over the government website, you’ll find most of your answers there.

Curious about those who have already received their medical request, versus those who have yet to receive their medical request. I am following the excel tracker sheet. Seems like 2 people who applied in July 2023 have received their pre-arrival letter.

Noticing that many who did receive medical requests fall around the 70-75 day mark since their application was submitted.

While there's many of us of have yet to receive the medical request. I imagine this alone might end up being a cause for delay or a longer timespan for our applications to be reviewed.

Nonetheless.

Would love to hear from more of you - those who have received recent updates.

Best.

I noticed an update in my tracker, stating, "We received your enquiry" dated Nov 10. However, I haven't contacted IRCC. Could this be considered a ghost update?

Did you enquired through webform and sent to the processing centre then definitely you must see enquiry status on tracker...

As I mentioned I haven't contacted IRCC through any means. No calls or webforms, no representative, I applied on my own. But I see we received your enquiry message which is dated November 10. I didn't receive any emails regarding this enquiry. Do you or anyone on the forum have any suggestion on this matter? Shall I just consider it a ghost update and ignore it ?

That’s seems so strange, ircc playing with your mind with a condition you should not do anything in return. Usually, if someone sent webform to central processing unit, it will show enquiry received as status. Then you should called that a ghost update and start some prayer. In the end everyone expect ppr & not a ghost updates anymore.

Happened to me as well, no enquiry, no web form, but that message just showed up. Two weeks later they asked me to provide additional documents alongside with biometrics letter and sponsor eligibility completed.
And before I could even provide the police certificate they asked, it was already on the tracker "we received the police certificate you sent us".
So could be they are working on your application, could be just a weird thing with the tracker. Wait a few weeks to see :)
