I revived my PR on Jun 2022 after almost 2y waiting)due to Covid). I Belive I will be eligible to apply July 2024. As I did not leave the country once 2019. Am I eligible?

My 2ed ? Is Can I request a waiver on language test? I been in Canada since 2011 start as international student. I believe my Language test expired for the long Waite to get my PR.
would I my request get approved?.

What was your status in Canada before June 2022?

Expired language test is valid also you said international student, not sure what you studied but that also can be used. Waiver is only for ppl aged 55+

I was on WP and it was renewed with no issue. I am a nurse and just switched my carrier into Banking. I been in Canada since 2011. Graduated in 2016. Worked as a nurse full Tim since 2017- present .

You would be eligible then. WP days(730 which uld count as 365) and 2 yrs on PR(730) for a total of 1095 days.

You can use your graduation for language test or expired PR language test score too.

For the language requirements you can also submit school degrees and certificates. I got my citizenship on Friday and I submitted a graduate school diploma from 5 years ago. I copied the below straight from their website:

Did you or do you attend a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French?
The program can be in or outside Canada.

If you did, send a copy of proof that you completed or are attending a program with your application. Proof can be your:

diploma
transcript
certificate
Your proof must be in English or French.

Haha, I’ve submitted my forklift certificate!! Never been asked for other proof!
