Are you educated in a professional field (engineer)? How old are you? Are you US citizen?

Need to know because answer may be different than getting a job offer with LMIA. LMIA proves only you can do the job and no Canadian is skilled or could be hired.

I’m 25years old, I’m not an engineer; but im educated I have a Bsc in Industrial relations and personnel management. I’m not a Us citizen. I’m an immigrant From Africa

So you need to find a Canadian employer willing to give you a job offer and file for a LMIA. The LMIA proves that the employer could not hire anyone in Canada (PR, citizen, work authorization). With LIMA, you apply for a closed work permit showing that you can do the job (work experience, ECA for degree, IELTS).

What is your legal status in the US? If you are without status getting a WP will be incredibly difficult if you are in the US.
