SOWP EXTENSION

I applied for SOWP extension without the employment letter and paystubs, only with PGWP.
The IRCC didn’t ask for any additional documents and even i didn’t see any option to proof my PGWP holder spouse is a skilled worker and now i got the refusal.
Do you think i should apply for reconsideration because i have all the documents even on the day i got refused?

You’re lucky you got ADR. Submit the docs asap.

I currently don't have a job (I use to have a bookkeeping job but I lost it less than a month ago, but my husband will be starting a shelter job in 4days time. Which documents will you advise me to send

Who's applying for SOWP? You or your spouse?

Your husband needs to provide the paystub to support your SOWP application.

If you are the PGWP applicant and you are out of job, unfortunately your spouse would not qualify. Since IRCC sent you an ADR, they would expect the latest document.

I could be wrong, though, so wait for others to comment too.

Your husband doesn't qualify for an extension if you aren't working.
