You need a job offer with LMIA. Employer pays for LMIA and proves no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you. Then you apply for a closed work permit.
You aren’t going to get a LMIA for accountant unless you work for a big firm and get an inter company transfer. Maybe bookkeeper. Assume you are CA, CPA, CGASo, my job is accountant and I think anybody from Canada can do this job!
What do friends have to do with it. If you are eligible focus on immigration programs like Express Entry. It is difficult to get a job from outside Canada.So it's very very difficult for me that I don't have any friend in Canada

That is correct..it will be very, very hard. No one employs people without having spoken to them in person and verified their credentials
Because I see people everyday emigrate from my country (Albania), that's because they're friends help them from Canada!
So ask how their friends help them immigrate and get PR. Not sure how.
