So my AOR was Sept 20 and I am still unable to create tracker however interestingly I was able to create one for my Wife last week who had a separate application but filed together with me LOL.
Sharing here so that folks with Family application can try checking for others on the application.
Happening to many people. Either kids tracker is not working or one of the parents. Weird it is.

Hi all, does anyone have an experience where while their Canadian citizenship application is in progress, move to the US? Did they grant citizenship while in the US? Right now the test and ceremony is all online so there is really no difference if I am in Canada or US. I have a work opportunity to move by I am afraid my application gets too long or even be denied, could anyone please share if you have a similar experience? Really appreciate it ...

So I got another email 1 day after my AOR email saying that I can now create a tracker account. But when I try to create an account using UCI and application number, it says wrong or invalid information. Does it take a few days after AOR to be able to create a tracker account?

My aor is Sept 12
1 adult and minor. When i tried to register mine wont let me. But I tried to register my minor his tracker is working. Test invite for me was sent last sept 27. Test window Oct 3-23.
I'm wondering if, technically speaking, we don't need the tracker and can still progress through the citizenship application, right? Like, for the tests, interviews (if any), oath invites and everything else, are all done through email notification. The tracker is just for people to see where they are at. Right?

That’s correct. Tracker is only an indication of what stage your application is.

Pretty much the tracker is for peace of mind. LOL I was constantly checking everyday but no luck still. But my minors account still everything is in progress. BG is completed. So I would assumed my BG is complete too.

If your tracker does not work, keep calling IRCC every month to check the status and keep an eye on your email and specifically spam folder. I have seen people in forum missing test and oath because of it.

You can wait for the email till the date you want to give your test on. There is so such thing as schedule. It's just a link you click and start the test.
You can also call IRCC for the email.

If you still don't get the email. Follow - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/december-2022-citizenship-applicants.781857/post-10437046
