Finally wait is over.
Here is my PPR timeline: PNP EE Outland

1 Mar : ITA
17 Mar : AOR
31 Mar : BIL and medical pass
5 Apr : biometric completed
4 Aug : eligibility completed
22 Aug : background completed
1 Sep : PPR
5 Sep : COPR updated in tracker
PVO: Montreal
SVO: Sydney

My eligibility too, went from not started to completed directly, no "in progress" state.
Yeah the uncertainty is pretty frustrating. I previously made plans of landing before winter, now I'm considering planing around an April 2024 landing, or even later.

Congratulations .. my aor is 13 april nothing changed from 17 th may but today i see application status shows updated in gckey but nothing changed what does it mean ??

in between the ghost update I noticed is from background check is in process to your application is in process and we will let you know when we start background check.

Yes i have access of tracker the tracker shows eligiblity not started and background check inprogress nothing changed after 17 may as i got tracker access on the same day when my medical got updated

May be something is coming.. Also last week medical date of many candidates changed. It has added a day. Eg From 17 May to 18 may. Or it was simple ghost update. Wait till Monday.

Is medical date change a good sign? Experienced same AOR 5 june pnp ee outland vo montreal all completed except bg in progress
