Can a Bachelor's degree student take undergraduate diploma along with it to earn more CRS point?

I'm a B.tech student and wanted to get more CRS points with option "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" option. If I take a undergraduate diploma from an approved university, along with my undergraduate degree, does that count..? If Yes, How long should be the diploma duration.. Thank you.
