Is this (www.hotels-canadian.vip) Legit or Scam?

I have been approached as well, and did a little training. I don't think it is a scam, it goes through Wise, and you can't use that company for running a scam. Am watching them, joined their telegram group.
I did tried
They hold your investment until you finish the rounds
Now they holding me 37000 and I can withdraw when I deposit 9000
Don’t know what to do
Always it was small amounts 1000-2000 and they were paying back

It's a scam. They give you back the small payments at the start to gain your trust and then they take a large amount of money from you. Don't give them any more money.
No real employer asks you for money. Only scammers ask you for money.
I'm with them for 3 month I'm got scammed for 40000 cad, don't invest.

I mean they hold 9000 and they want me to pay 3000 , are they going to scam me now or what
Do they start scam at a larger amount of money than 9000 or what
Should I pay the 3000 or stop
Don’t pay any more money. You will never get it back. No employer asks for money.
