hello everyone,

i have a situation i would like get some advice from the experts.

my wife is a UK citizen and she dose not need visa to enter in canada, she was in Canada for 6 month and i applied for her statues restoration but it was refused and she left canada within 2 week of the decision latter recived, now if she wants to come back in canada is there going to be any problem at the border.

None of us can answer that question. It will be up to CBSA when she arrives in Canada.

I assume she has a valid eTA. What is your status in Canada?

Ideally she would remain outside of Canada for a while before attempting to return.
