Changing College After Arrival

After I get the study permit when I arrive to Canada, If I want to inform the IRCC that I will change the college, can I attend only one week at the college before I change it ? or I should pay and finish the first semester before I Inform the IRCC that I will change / changed the college ?

You need to attend the college on your study permit for at least one semester.
