Phd as a Physician (received ECA from Medical Services of Canada)
Over 6 years of work experience
Received 8.0 IELTS on skill levels except 6.0 in writing
Has a sister living in Canada as a PR

What more else can be needed to be eligible for Express Entry with a solid CRS score?
