Which specific program are you asking about? If the OINP for International Students, then it's quite possible you may qualify, provided you meet all of the requirements and your employer is also willing to complete the employer form.

Do you have a job offer and employer willing to support your nomination? If not, focus on Express Entry and OINP- Human Capital stream if you are in an in-demand NOC. Research the OINP programs as there are 9 streams.
