how to input the 3 seat numbers when registering for Oath?

Me and my family have recived an invitation to attend the Oath of citizenship. Alongside with it, we have 3 diffrent seat numbers. Is there a particular format when inputing the 3 seat numbers upon registration (as I seem to understand that all family members should appear together)? thanks
