Hello Everyone,
I'm having trouble logging into the citizenship application (saved in draft) for the past two days. I keep receiving the message "The email or password you entered is invalid or your account was deleted. Try again." When trying to reset the password, the system is giving an error message saying "Our system is down, try again later". Is anyone else facing this?

This happens if you try to login 60 days after creating the account as the draft applications expire in 60 days. You got to register again (you can use same email) and create a fresh application
i created on Jul 1, 2023 its not 60 days yet. Should i Still create a new file?

Not sure in your case as it is less than 60 days. Try registering with the same email and see if it is allowing you to register

Study permit extension expiry: 30/Sep/2019
Work permit application date: 07/Jul/2019
Work permit issue date: 28/Oct/2019
What is the date i need to put for "Date you received the status - for temporary worker". Is it the application date or Work permit Physical copy issue date, Many thank for your help.

I am new to the Citizenship application and am applying this month. I would just like to know what are the various items that will happen in our processing journey from the time we apply for the Citizenship. If someone can list out what are all the things that will happen such as Citizenship test, Citizenship oath etc. I am confused as to what happens when and what are the timelines in between each of the steps in the Citizenship process. If someone can provide me a breakdown of the sequence from first Citizenship application (timeline in between to wait), Citizenship test (waiting timeline), what happens after this and steps in the process till we recieve the Canadian passport in hand, I will be very very greatful.
