Posting under international students so 3 study permit refusals? Did you order GCMS notes? What were reasons. What is your profile and program? Why Canada? No point in calling embassy as you would have ordered GCMS notes after each refusal.

So what were reasons for refusal? The first issue is that you need to take a post grad program and not a diploma which requires secondary admission. The program would be full of 17 and 18 year olds. You are not building on your education if you have a diploma. You Need to prove that taking a post grad program (change programs) will give you better career opportunities with higher pay to justify costs. So change programs is one step.

but it refuses to financially support only!
look this is a letter of refuse

I am refusing your application.

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPR, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPR, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study

How long is program and how much is annual tuition? How much did you show in funds? Did you pay first year? Are you single?

How old are you? So total program is about $72k. The funds of your mother, aunt and brother do not have to be considered. So they showed those funds in their banks accounts because you say per year? Does your brother and aunt have other family members to support. Again it is your funds that count, not the others. Your mother and brother can provide a gift deed to give you the money. You don’t have nearly enough funds to support a $72k program.

If tuition is $18k per year then that is $52k for three years. Then you add a minium of $10k per year in living expeneses. That is a minimum and no way you can live on that. So total is actually more than that - $82K+. You personally need to show more funds. You need to show that you can afford one year of tuition and living expenses without family support and even then you cannot cover the rest. Plus you have not even paid first year tuition. You can show your family funds but IRCC is not considering them given reasons for refusal. Family can stop paying at any time. There is no such thing as sponsorship. is your aunt and brother using all their savings for your education because how will they live and pay their own expenses? Future income doesn’t count.

If you can increase the funds yourself along with paying first year tuition then go ahead. IRCC still wants to see how you will address paying $82k in education fees without support.
