Yes, there are other ways. If immigrating to Canada is a priority to you then you will need to dedicate significant time to researching your options. Start here:

Well, forgive me, but your question is a little bit silly. You seem to be asking how can you get in the door quicker than what you see everyone else on this site going through. You want to be fast-tracked. But, all you have told us is that you "have an European passport and live in the UK". You have said nothing about your education, job skills, family situation, age, finances, etc., etc.
I suggest you heed @scylla's good advice and "dedicate significant time to researching your options". No one here, with a dearth of information, can tell you anything at this point about how to proceed. Once you have done your research, if you have specific questions, then come back here and ask. Even then, before asking, spend some time researching this site. It holds a treasure trove of information if you look.
Hi. There's nothing silly in my question, that's why questions are being asked. This is not about fast tracking but sometimes, you get lost in an ocean of research And information out there, and if you dont ask questions fro people in the know, you might actually misss it. Thankfully, @scylla graciously answered me and directed me, which I highly appreciate.

I shall not resile from my characterization of your initial query as silly. To come here and ask, as a first post, what is "best way I can actually move to Canada and get a PR in a short period of time" without offering a scintilla of information about who you are is, by any standard, unrealistic. Did you really expect someone here to say "Here is the best way for you" and then lay out a course to follow? And @foodie69 was not out of line in asking just what do you consider to be a "short period". That is quite an elastic concept. I have been trying various ways to get my wife here for nigh on 4 years. I think we have crossed the "short period" threshold, but maybe all would not see it in that light.
Nothing wrong with asking questions from people in the know, but don't expect them to work in a vacuum.
Anyway, maybe I will have completely put you off the notion of moving to Canada. There may be more like me here you will have to deal with.

I only asked an innocent question because I didn't know where to start my research, which he graciously directly me and like I said earlier, I appreciate his help.

I don't think anyone here is riled and needs to "calm down".
What I did not appreciate is that you posted a question that strongly suggested you had done nothing in the way of initial research on your own. You spoke of getting "lost in an ocean of research And information". Did you even dive into that ocean before coming here? @scylla first suggested Express Entry. You came back saying that did not look good to you, although you did not say why. So you asked, in effect "What else is there?" If you had looked at the page to which scylla directed your attention, you would have seen that it is part of the IRCC website and it contained links to ALL pathways available for coming to Canada. Instead, you came back to ask scylla what should have been obvious. Again, being a good sport and more tolerant than I, SHE offered more.
I am going on about this, not because I have a bee in my bonnet about you in particular. My concern is that coming here and firing off questions that lead helpful people like scylla to take time to offer suggestions that will lead nowhere, since you have offered nothing to go on, wastes forum resources. In this regard, I should say that there is not really a surplus here of old hands like scylla. She is very knowledgeable indeed. She is a precious resource and, if you spend any time reading here, you will see how much of her time and knowledge she has given willingly to help anonymous members here. There's a handful of others here like here. I don't like to see them wasting their time. Not fair to them or to those who have done their best to arrive at their own solutions, yet need help. You, and anyone coming here, would get more mileage out of the resources here, and save everyone time, if you come here setting out some detail, what you have learned and where, etc.
Your initial and subsequent posts here strongly suggest that you had not even looked at the Canadian government immigration and citizenship website. Surely, before you ask questions here, it's not too much to expect that you will have at least found that site and perused, allowing you to ask questions with some focus.
Anyway, I have said enough. More than enough. You are by no means alone. I have seen many come here posting as you have. I usually let it pass. Today, I decided to say something. If one or two people read it and get the message, that would be good. I don't really expect to change much by taking you, or anyone else, to task.
If you don’t want to spend the time to do any research on your own, you can spend money to hire an immigration consultant to do the thinking for you.
There is no faster immigration path than Express Entry.
