Hello, I am from Nepal and have been working here as farm manager more than 2 years. So, can anyone help me to get visa to work in Canada.

Posting under Family sponsorship so ask under Foreign Workers. Get a job with approved LMIA from a Canadian employer proving no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you. Then with LMIA apply for closed work permit. May need ECA for education, IELTS and funds.
Could you please help me in doing this process personally. I can do whatever I can do from myself if you help me in this process please
You'll need to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant if you want personal help.
You need help to understand if it's possible or not for you to immigrate or get a working visa with your current education and work experience.
You have posted in the wrong section of the forum where "family sponsorship" means you have family members that's already a PR of Canada or Canadian citizen (usually a spouse, common law partner or adult children) that wants to sponsor you to become PR in Canada.
This section have nothing to do with foreign worker/work permit application/getting a job in Canada.
